My journey with creating children stories begins with the story of Elephant & Son. This story brings awareness to father son relationships. The father is sick so the son helps him on his walk to get medicine.
One morning Elephant woke up with a splitting headache, so his son accompanied him on his walk to get medicine.
On their walk they meet a cheetah who tries to take Elephant’s cane. Quickly the son steps on the cheetahs tail forcing the cane out of his mouth.
They reach a river and bridge, but as soon as they get there, a mean crocodile destroys the bridge making son carry Elephant on his back across the river.
Arriving at the Doctors’ office, they meet Lion doctor who gives him medicine for his headache.
On the way back across the river laid a beautiful Orisha who helped them cross.
As they enjoy their dinner, Elephant appreciated elephant son for his help that day.
